[ The Champion of Arcadia Bay is decently Around and sociable! She takes a lot of pictures of people and things (and herself, selfies are still her aesthetic priority), but in general she tries to be approachable and... as happy as she can be, but there's a little less energy to her than there was before her last memory regain. ]

[ With Touko and Pyrrha's presents delivered, Noctis seeks out the last of the trio. Wrapped with plenty of care, he has a leather photo album and, to match Pyrrha and Touko, a moon pendant necklace.

Noctis finds her pretty quickly, and she's taking pictures like always. He waits until she's paused, and he smiles as he walks over. ]

[ Max smiles when Noctis approaches, and tucks her camera away in its bag. ]

Hey, Noctis! How's it going?

[ ... she has a santa hat on, for the record. This is important. ]

[ He suddenly wants a santa hat. ]

Pretty well. How're you doing? Christmas treating you well?

[ They're pretty great. ]

Kind of weird spending it in space, but it's kind of weird eating breakfast every morning in space, so. It's good, that's what I'm looking for here.

Yeah. We've been up here for a while and I still haven't really gotten used to it.

[ He withdraws the presents from behind his back. ]

But if you guys are with me, it's a little easier. So... I got something for you.

You did? Oh, I uh! I got something for you too, do you want me to run to my room and grab it so we can do the whole proper exchange-with-a-capital-e thing?

[ Oh.... he looks pretty surprised? He's honestly not expecting anything. ]

Yeah, sure. Want me to wait here?

[ She runs away to the room and runs back with a... she tried, on the wrapping, okay? kind of package. ]

[ Man he's just so happy he doesn't even care about the wrapping. ]

Hey, that was quick! [ He greets her with a smile. ] Ready for the exchange-with-a-capital-e thing?

[ Offers it out towards him! ]

[ He holds out the package, and takes the one offered. ]

[ And she opens it!

... Noctis' gift, for the record, seems to be a used, older model spiPod! He can turn it on, it's already charged up for some reason. ]

Wowser, it's... it's great, Noctis. Thank you.

[ He opens the gift, and... he's incredibly touched? He feels a little misty-eyed, geez... ]

Max, I... Thank you so much. [ He smiles, and he does indeed turn it on. ] And, the necklace... it matches Touko and Pyrrha.

[ ... he's a little embarrassed about gift-giving sometimes. ]

[ The iPod is loaded with songs by various Cool Indie Artists, along with some classic rock stuff she thinks he'd like, and um.

Well, Michelle, I won't lie to you.

There's this stuff too. And she tracked down some sweet anime songs for him. ]

I love it.

[ Immediately puts it on tbh!! ]

[ He spends a little time scrolling through the music, and some of the songs make him smile. He shuts it off, puts it in his pocket, and looks at her with a smile.

Max, you are getting a hug. ]

I love it, too. Thank you. [ He pulls away. ] The necklace looks good on you.

[Fukawa misses Christmas by like a week and a half because-- she wasn't prepared to get anything and thus hadn't thought about giving anything. She's never had friends or family to give gifts to. But she does now so. With a bit of a struggle and a lot of anxiety she thinks she manages okay. It's nothing grand, but--

She feels okay nervously pushing the bag Max's way.

There's a jacket-- customized with yellow accents-- and a little bracelet with a functioning watch charm.]

[ To be fair, Max didn't exactly approach her about it. But she blinks a couple times when the bag gets pushed her way. But she doesn't just... tear into it immediately, that's not polite. ]
